#lovingyogis day 5: garland pose

I love this hip opener, it’s a nice warm up before more difficult poses:)

This pose has three steps:

1. Do a low squat with knees apart, keep straight, long spine and put your palms together in a prayer position.

2.  (More advanced) Rest your forehead on the mat and stretch your arms back and bind your hands around your ankles

3. Keep your forehead on the mat and bind your hands behind your back.
